About Paul

Paul is an architect by profession and is based in Derbyshire, UK. He has always been interested in illustrating buildings and the urban landscape. He primarily uses watercolour. Most people say watercolour is the most difficult painting medium to use. If you make a mistake, it is hard to change things.

Paul likes to paint scenes with strong light and areas of high contrast. Paul sells his original paintings. Prints of his work are available on the shop page.
